We have put together a schedule of classes on coffee that we know you’re going to love!

You will not have to pay any extra to attend – the classes are included in your ticket price!

Professional Cupping – Fieldheads Coffee Roasting 

Erica and Ben of Fieldheads Roasting will be conducting a professional-style cupping for 15 attendees, and spectators are welcome to attend the cupping after the 15 spots per class are filled. If you have never attended a cupping, we highly recommend checking out this class!

Only 15 seats available to participate in the cupping, so if you want to take part in the process – get to the class early! Spectators welcome once participant seats full. If you’ve never been to a professional cupping before, you’re in for a treat!

Home Coffee Brewing Made Easy – Fieldheads Coffee Roasting 

Seems folks always want to know why their coffee always tastes better at the cafe, and they feel like they have no hope of achieving professional results at home. Erica and Ben want to give you the knowledge and tools to produce consistently great coffee at home, and there will be discussion and question/answer time at the end.

Barbara Burnham Edmunds, owner of Wildflower Confections & Boutique, will be sharing on chocolate making and the state of the industry.

Fair Trade Coffee and Chocolate 101 – Jeannette Rankin Peace Center

Jenny Zaso, Development and Outreach Director at the Peace Center, will tell us all about the world of fair trade coffee and chocolate and why buying fair trade food is important to farmers, communities and the environment. Fair trade chocolate samples included!
